Øvre Dividal - Diverse Wilderness Area in the North



The park is located in inner Troms and features changing landscapes typical of northern Norway with pine and birch forests, lakes, wetlands and mountains. The valley has a considerable amount of gravel deposits from the ice age. A large number of domesticated reindeer graze in the park. Norway's four large animals of prey - brown bear, wolverine, wolf and lynx - are found in the area.
