Chinnappanahalli Lake Development Trust® is a charitable trust incorporated in 2013 registered under Registrar with all statutory licenses. The trust and BBMP(lake division) initially entered into an MOUduring the year 2013 for a period of 3 years and further renewed it for a period of 3 years again in 2016. The respective roles and responsibilities of each of the parties is clearly defined in the MOU.
Problems/ Prospects/ Proposals for Urban Lake
Mixing of sewage in storm water drains leading to the lake should be stopped , the catchment inflow should be channelized and quality of inflow to be monitor.
