Sub: Assignments submission - Responses to queries, Chapter 1
Dear All
There were couple of mails regarding submission of assignments. Hope following helps
3. Indicate in the subject line of mail - Chapter #, Assignment submission for example, for chapter 1 assignments, indicate as
Subject: Chapter 1, Assignment submission
4. As these assignments require simple answers (no graphics/ tables), you may key in directly in the email (no need for MS word or PDF documents
for assignments)
Moderators need to send participant wise (including evaluation of themselves) marks (out of 10) to
ram@ces.iisc.ernet.in (could be in MS Excel)
5. assignments carry marks (and good question by moderators - they will get 'bonus' marks)
6. Chapter 2 - moderators, please plan your session well in advance.
--> Take up discussion - section wise
--> Divide sections of a chapter among moderators
--> Announce one assignment at the end of respective day ( 8.20 pm)
--> Once you get satisfactory answer for your question, proceed to the next section
--> Allow sharing of case studies
--> Need to evaluate the performance of participants.
--> Mail me the marks for each participant (including moderators).
--> For each day evaluate for 10 marks - depending on level of interaction, activity level, quality of answer...
Hope these clarifies most of queries raised as on date
