We are also organsing, Biodiversity Awareness Workshop using FOSS4G on 20th August 2015.
Some case studies will be presented on 20th August 2015. Plan to attend the event on 20th August (as these case studies will not be presented again).

Requirements:
- You are required to carry your own laptop with adequate hard disk free space (45 GB) in the last drive.
- Bring spatial data of your study region (this helps to do spatial analysis)
- Mobile phone usage and smoking not allowed inside the department premises.
- In case of health emergency, medical facility is available at IISc Health centre (080—2293 2234/2227) or nearby M S Ramaiah Hospital

Food Arrangements: Tea (@ 10.30 am), lunch (working lunch), tea (@ 4 pm) will be arranged at the venue of the workshop. This means that you need to manage your breakfast and dinner at nearby hotel.
