Note:
- We have booked 15 rooms and participants would be accommodated - two person per room (on twin sharing basis) as per the communication sent earlier
- in case some one is not willing to the option of twin sharing, they need to make their own arrangements for accommodation at Bangalore or we can arrange accommodation, provided they send payment for accommodation for 15 days in advance. The room rent is Rs 1000 +18% GST (at Hoysala House) and Rs 1200 + 18% GST (at CVH) per person per day. This needs to be paid by demand draft drawn in favour of "Indian Institute of Science" payable at Bangalore immediately for 15 days. On receipt of demand draft, we will make arrangements at either Hoysala house or CVH Guest house (subject to the availability, as on date only 2 rooms are available at CVH). The request should be made within 48 hours (from 11 am, 17 Dec) so that we can block the additional rooms on payment basis
- Breakfast and dinner is arranged at the dining hall for the participants during the course
