Subject: World Watch Institute : Subsidies & Environment

The Worldwatch Institute just published a new Worldwatch Paper #133
about subsidies & the environment. It includes discussion of a wide
variety of subsidies that have environmental consequences. 

I tried to check the worldwatch web site (http://www.worldwatch.org/)
to see what they have about this paper online already, but I could not
get any response from their site this morning.
