Subject: A list for VSNL internet users

Many libraries may be subscribing to VSNL internet connection.
Or they may be interested in day to day developments of Internet usage in 
India via VSNL. Now there is a List to cater to this interest.
Cyber Community of India, based in Delhi spear headed by R Bullen has 
organized a list called cybercom. You can subscribe by sending a message:

		subscribe cybercom

to the email address:  listserv@maelstrom.stjohns.edu

If u have difficulties, u can send a plain request message to include u 
in the list to:	 bullen@giasdl01.vsnl.net.in

Subscribing to the list will help one keep abreast of internet 
developments, email facilities, rates, costs, connectivity problems etc.
