Actually, a more informative reference for this kind of information is:

        http://www.isi.edu/div7/iana/countryA-F.htmlountry-codes.txtl

with links to rest of the ISO-3166 country codes (G-Z) from that page.

There are many WWW references for the list of country code domains, but
since it is the IANA which delegates the TLDs (top level domains), this is
the most reliable and informative resource.
