Welcome to the first issue of Water Online's electronic newsletter.
The newsletter gives you a sampling of some of the recent articles and
news stories that have appeared in Water Online's news page
(http://news.wateronline.com/e/ContentsDirect). We update our site everyday with the
most
important stories that effect the water/wastewater industry.
Also listed below is a new product for the water/wastewater industry.

One of the stories in this issue highlights WEFTEC 97. If you didn't
get
to visit the recent show in Chicago, visit our virtual trade show
(http://expo.wateronline.com/e/ContentsDirect). There you will find information about
many
of the products that were displayed at the show--some of them brand new.
Another of our new features is our Water Online Chat
(http://www.wateronline.com/chatontentsDirect). Join a chat group and participate
in
the live discussions that are scheduled throughout the following weeks.
This could be an excellent way for you to engage in dialogue with your
peers in the water/wastewater industry---and quite possibly solve a
technical or operational problem you've been having. Or you might have
the
satisfaction of solving someone else's.
Give it try---and please keep coming back to Water Online.
