Reconstruction and Development Center (R&DC) initiates and promotes collaboration between individuals and organizations interested in the development and reconstruction of Afghanistan. Partnerships with relief and development organizations allow VirtualNation to be the primary remote center for providing solutions and resources. Databases, discussion boards, and list serves are common ways to collect talents to help rebuild communities. Education Development Center (EDC) and its members are actively involved in tutoring and mentorship programs for the Afghan youth, to empower them socially, intellectually, and academically. Online course will also be introduced to teach the Afghan languages, history and culture. Provides tools for other communities to duplicate tutoring programs and will introduce scholarships for Afghan students to foster good will. Afghan Chambers of Commerce and Trade (ACCT) encourages entrepreneurship and collaboration between Afghan-owned and operated businesses and various industries. Provides resources and information on starting, developing, managing as well as marketing a business. Directs businesses to grants, services, and other developmental needs. International companies interested in trade and development can seek partnerships and affiliations with Afghan companies. Community Resource Center (CRC) focuses on personal, family and community affairs.
