The Centre for Ecological Sciences has been particularly active
in organising Seminars, Workshops and Training programmes on a
variety of themes in pure and applied ecology. Forty two such
programmes have so far been organised and several have been
planned. Some of these are funded through the block grant
received from the Ministry of Environment and Forests while
others receive special funds.
