Wash with soap and water and shampoo your hair after work each day.

Wash fruits and vegetables from the field before eating.

Cover your children's skin if they are with you at work.

Put pesticides up in an area safe from children.

Wash your work clothes with detergent and hot water before wearing them again.

Wash your clothes separately from other laundry.

Wash your hands and arms after putting work clothes into the washing machine.
