• Leaves and flowers are used in ringworms and other skin infections.
• Pulp is purgative and used in all intestinal disorders. Laxative on pregnant women, Children for biliousness, liver disorders. Antipyretic-for Malaria and black fever. Against leprosy and diabetes
• Fruits used to cure wounds, used as laxative on pregnant women,
• Decoction of pod used against pneumonia, fever.
