Abstract: During the floristic study of Savantwadi taluka, Sindhudurg Dist.Maharashtra, across a number of interesting plants. Critical studies on these specimens at Blatter Herbarium, has revealed three new species and a new variety. i.e. (1) Pycreus bolei sp.nov, (2) Pycreus lanceloti, (3) Panicum johni, (4) Sacciolepis indica (Linn) chase var intermedia var.nov.
