Haestad Methods is sponsoring a scholarship program to assist students from around the world in pursuing an education and career in engineering.

Six scholarship recipients will be selected and awarded $1,500.00 (USD) for completing a paper related to water resources modeling.  To qualify the paper must incorporate the use of Haestad Methods^Ò software in some aspect of the project.  Haestad Methods will provide the applicant or team with the Haestad Methods^Ò software necessary for the scholarship work.

As you will see from the requirements, the scholarships are oriented toward upper class and graduate students who already have some knowledge of hydrology and hydraulics. Many schools have senior capstone projects, and this scholarship should help students who have particularly promising projects.
