	The Philippine Center for appropriate Technology & Trainng [ PCATT ] Foundation, Inc. was established
in1975 primarily to provide a venue for the collection and dissemination of Appropriate Technologies.  We are a registered Foundation, and operates as a non-profit, non-stock, non-government organization [NGO].

	PCATT is a core member of the INFORSE NETWORK and was for several years the coordinator of INFORSE Eastern Asia and Pacific region.  We are also a founding member of the ApproTech Asia. 

	On October 10th this year, we will be starting our ON-LINE BOOKSHOP Program in cooperation with Cyberworld Technologies, Inc. an internet service provider [ISP] which we have started some 4 years ago. As a initial offering, we will be starting with  1000 titles which represents our own collection of books and other information materials on appropriate technology, covering the following subjects:

	[Health + Sanitation]////[Small Scale Industries].

	We are inviting you to become a partner on this project.  We will therefore appreciate very much if you can send us a list of your publications.
