         Announcement of the World Council for Renewable Energy (WCRE)

The World Council for Renewable Energy (WCRE) announces the second "World
Renewable Energy Forum: Policies and Strategies" will take place from May
30-31 in 2004 in Bonn/Germany. The Forum will be organized by EUROSOLAR.
The date of this World Renewable Energy Forum is linked with the
International Conference on Renewable Energies of governors, organized by
the German government, from June 2-6 in 2004 in Bonn.

The World Forum before this Interntional Conference will address the
proposals of the global Renewable Energy Community in the field of NGOs.
The WCRE will present an Earth Charta for Renewable Energies at its Forum
and discuss it with all non governmental protagonists for Renewable
Energies.

          Ankuendigung des Weltrates fuer Erneuerbare Energien (WCRE)

Vom 30.-31. Mai 2004 wird in Bonn das zweite "World Renewable Energy
Forum: Policies and Strategies" stattfinden. Das Forum wird von EUROSOLAR
e.V. organisiert. Das Forum findet unmittelbar vor der "Internationalen
Konferenz ueber Erneuerbare Energien", die von der Bundesregierung vom
2.-6. Juni 2004 in Bonn organisiert wird, statt.

Das Weltforum wird die Vorschlaege der Nichtregierungsorganisationen im
Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien der internationalen Konferenz
praesentieren. Der WCRE will weiterhin die Weltcharta fuer Erneuerbare
Energien auf seinem Forum vorstellen und mit allen
Nichtregierungsteilnehmern eroertern.

Am 2. Juni 2003 wird von EUROSOLAR zusaetzlich ein Vorbereitungstreffen
fuer deutsche Organisationen im EUROSOLAR-Haus Bonn stattfinden, zu dem
wir Sie herzlich einladen.
