The people we are looking for are experienced in and like working with science teacher-participants (grades 5-12). We have two National Science Foundation-funded institutes. One runs from = 27 June to 22 July, 1999. Faculty reside in a private room in the teacher-participants' dorm at Princeton University in New Jersey. The = other is in Costa Rica from approximately 7 July to 4 August. For both, there's a meeting around 16 April plus some online work with teachers and in developing the summer curriculum. We pay $6500 in the USA and $3700 in Costa Rica for the total assignment, plus travel, lodging, = and most meals. Women and minorities are especially encouraged to apply.
