received my Ph.D. degree in Forest Ecology from the Northeast Forestry
University in 1997.

>From the Fall of 1998, I became a postdoctoral fellowship in Beijing
Forestry University , meanwhile I also join some cooperation research
in the Chinese Academy of Forestry, to do some research work in the
area of forest ecosystem modeling, productivity ecology and community
ecology etc..

I also taught course at Northeast Forestry University. This experience
provided me a good opportunity to improve my communication skills. I
can work independently, but I am also a good teamworker.

I believe that I have sufficient education and experience to fulfill
