2- "Coupe à blanc: Activités illégales d'exploitation forestière et de 
commerce du bois dans les tropiques", sous la direction de Rob Glastra.  
This book is the French version of "Cut and Run: Illegal Logging and Timber 
Trade in theTropics".

Illegal logging and trade in timber is a major cause of forest degradation 
in the world today.  Controlling this global problem is not a simple matter 
of enacting new laws and enforcing new regulations -- the rules already 
exist. If countries are to manage their forest sustainably they must 
implement existing laws effectively, and they must do so now!
Coupe à blanc/Cut and Run offers readers some valuable insights on how this
